Registration is a two-step process:
1. Perform the initial try-out registration for a selected age division. Try-outs are FREE.
2. When your child is invited to join a particular team, log back
into the registration system (using the same login account that you used or created in
Step 1 above). Perform the "tryout acceptance" and pay the club fee.
STEP ONE: Perform the initial try-out registration:
1. Click HERE to access the Blue Sombrero automated registration system.
IMPORTANT
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A USER ACCOUNT ...
If your child tried out for or has played on a BWSC team in the past, you already have an existing user account. There is no need to create a new account this year. Go to # 2 below.
IF YOU DO NOT YET HAVE A USER ACCOUNT ...
If your child has not tried out for or played on a BWSC team in the past, you will need to set up a new user account as part of the registration process. Go to # 5 below.
NOTE: You can register multiple children with one user account. There is no need
to create a separate user account for each child.
2. At the upper left of the page, click on the "Login" link.
3. Input your user name and password, and click the "Login" button.
NOTE: If you have forgotten your user name or password, click the "Forgot Your
Username/Password?" button. Input your email address (it must match the
email address used to originally set up the account), and your user name
and password will be emailed to you. If your email address has changed
since last year, contact Blue Sombrero support at 877-887-1042
for assistance.
4. Once you have successfully logged in, make sure your "Account Information" is up-
to-date. Click the yellow "Edit" link, modify your information as needed, then click
the "Update" button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
5. At the upper left of the page, click the "Register" or "Register Now" link.
6. Proceed through the registration process. Click "Next" to move on to the next step.
NOTE: "Participant Info" is information about your child. The "Relationship with
Participant" field is asking about your relationship with the player (normally
"Parent"). Please bypass any pages related to "Volunteer" information.
7. Please follow the process all the way through to the end. You must click the
"Submit" button at the end of the process to save and submit the tryout
registration for your child.
STEP TWO: Perform the "Tryout Acceptance" and pay the
club fee.
NOTE: This step is performed after your child has been offered a position on a team and
you are ready to accept the position.
1. Click HERE to access the Blue Sombrero automated registration system.
2. At the upper left of the page, click on the "Login" link.
3. Input your user name and password, and click the "Login" button.
NOTE: Use the same user account that you used when performing the initial tryout
registration (STEP ONE above). DO NOT create a new user account by clicking
on the "Register" link.
4. Click on the red Tryout Acceptance checkbox to the right of the Player’s Name.
5. Click “Next“ at the bottom of the page to accept the club policies.
6. Follow the instructions to pay the fees (see below for details) and confirm your order.

$210 Club Fee ($180) and TSSA Registration fee ($30)
$ 50 Non-Brentwood Resident Fee (if applicable)
$ 20 Non-Williamson Co Resident Fee (in addition to Non-Brentwood fee)
Also, we encourage you to pay by credit card, but be aware that a
3.4% processing fee will be added to credit card orders.
