- If you have an existing GotSoccer Team Account just login and apply as normal. The system knows your team age and handles everything automatically.
- IF YOU ARE CREATING A NEW GOTSOCCER TEAM ACCOUNT prior to 8/1 in order to apply to this and other future tournaments you must use your Team Age prior to 8/1. For instance, if you are a U15 team for the Fall, you are still a U14 team until Aug.1st. Thus when setting up your GotSoccer Team Account (prior to 8/1), you need to set your Team Age to U14. It will automatically put you in the U15 Age Group for the BI and other GotSoccer tournaments scheduled after 8/1.

Is this tournament Boys, Girls or Coed?
The 2011 Brentwood Invitational will host Boys teams U9-U18 and Girls teams U9-U12.
Is there an online tournament application? Can I pay with a credit card?

How will teams be notified of their acceptance?
Teams will receive an email upon acceptance. Please set your junk mail filter to accept mail from support@gotsport.com. Accepted teams will also be posted online.
How will the tournament be bracketed?
Brackets will be determined after all applications are received. It is our intention to have evenly matched brackets in each division. The top team in each group (U9-U18) will advance to the finals. However, this is subject to change depending upon interest and field space/availability.
What locations are used for the games?
The majority of games will be played at Crockett Park in Brentwood Tennessee. Some other nearby fields have been additionally designated to accommodate additional demand.
What is the format for each age group? What are the fees?
U8 6v6 - $300
U9-U10 6v6 - $400
U11-U12 8v8 - $475
U13-U15 11v11 - $575
U16-U19 11v11 - $595
All age groups except U8 will have round robin play as well as an opportunity to advance to a championship final.
All other rules will remain the same as the FIFA Laws of the Game, or as listed in our tournament rules section VII.
What is the preferred hotel list? Are we required to use it?
The preferred hotel list is composed of area hotels that have partnered with our club to provide large blocks of rooms for this event. Teams are NOT required to use these participating hotels, although we encourage everyone to do so.
When will Friday games begin?
Local teams (within one (1) hour driving distance) should be prepared for the possibility of Friday games after 5pm. There is a possibility for other teams to play on Friday as well, if your team cannot play on Friday, you must notify the Tournament Director before the application deadline.
What time are the Finals scheduled?
Age group finals cannot be determined until all applications are in and brackets are filled. In the past, some Finals matches have been as late as 3PM depending on the number of teams in the flight. Please do not plan on making any flights out of town before 6pm on Sunday.
Do you accept scheduling requests?
Please see the scheduling page for guidelines in reference to this. You may submit a request via your application before the tournament deadline. We will attempt to accommodate reasonanble requests however because of the variables involved, we can not promise to accommodate.
Is there a Festival Format this year?
The U8 age group will compete in a festival format.
