If there are game cancellations and the tournament is postponed WE NEED YOU TO KEEP YOUR ASSIGNED TIME.
Please show up at Crockett Park even if the original games you were supposed to marshal are delayed or cancelled (and even if they were at an offsite facility). In the event of a delay, we could use all of the volunteers possible to prepare the fields. Your presence will help with that and get the ball rolling quicker when we begin games again.
After the new schedule is posted, if you see a conflict with your child’s game time, please use the schedule sent out by Tammy to FIND YOUR OWN SUB. Then send a text message (or call if no TM available) to Tammy at (615)364-1011 stating:

If the field you were scheduled to Marshal on is no longer in use, you will be contacted by the Field Marshal Assignor with a new location.
