The tournament scheduling staff will make every effort to accommodate requests made before the application deadline.  These should be indicated on your team application as well as emailed to tournamentdirector@brentwoodsoccerclub.com.  

Friday – Local teams within one 1 (hour) driving distance should be prepared to play Friday games.  Games will begin after 5pm.  

Saturday – Every team should be ready for play on Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m.  

Sunday – The times for finals will not be set until the schedule is posted.  Plan to make your flights out on Sunday after 7pm.  Finals have lasted until 5pm in the past.  

Coaching conflicts – The nature of our tournament draws teams with coaches having multiple teams.  Although we do make this a priority, it is not possible for us to resolve all conflicts.  Coaches should proactively make arrangements for an assistant or other coach to provide coverage in case of unresolved conflicts.  Please notify the Tournament Director if you have a coach with multiple teams.

League Play – It is the tournament’s top priority to form quality brackets.  Requests for State League games will be considered after brackets are formed. 

If your team would like to avoid play against teams in their league, please make the tournament aware of these teams before the application deadline.  

Please check your calendars closely BEFORE THE APPLICATION DEADLINE to ensure your team can comply with the above guidelines.
