It’s time to get out there and sell ads for the Brentwood Soccer Club Tournament Media Guide (TMG) for 2009-2010. Our Club’s Fall tournament will be held August 28-30 this year. All ads should be turned in to John O’Brien no later than Friday, July 24 in order for the TMG to be ready for the tournament.
Please provide any ad as soon as it is received. Ads can be sent by e-mail or CD. CD’s can be placed in the Ad Sales folder at the Brentwood YMCA or mailed to:

2. Obtain check from advertiser made out to your team (ex. BWSC 96 Boys Premier)
3. Obtain digital advertisement
4. Turn in to your team manager, treasurer, or ad sales representative
Ad sale team representative instructions:
1. Collect ad order sheets, money and digital ads from your team
2. Deposit all funds into your team account
3. Complete Team Ad Sales Worksheet
4. Obtain check from team treasurer made payable to “BWSC” in the amount indicated on Team Form
5. Turn in Ad team form, individual order sheets, check and digital ads on July 24, 2009.

Businesses that advertised in the 2008-2009 TMG SHOULD NOT be approached by anyone other than the individual that solicited the ad last year. Please review the ownership list from the 2008-2009 TMG.
The TMG will be given out at all of our Club tournaments, giving advertisers a great value for their advertising dollar and broadening our reach with copies being distributed through non-traditional outlets.
Ad sales are an excellent way to raise money for your respective teams and to support the club as a whole. There are a couple of changes for the 2009-2010 TMG. This year we will be offering all ads in either color or black and white (grayscale). In previous years only the outside and inside covers were in color. The other change is that the percentage back to the individual that solicited the ad is 50% percent of the ad price (the percentage was previously 60%). Ads range in price from $100 for a business card size to $400 for a full page. There is an additional fee for the inside covers.
There are sample programs available to use as selling tools in the BWSC filing cabinet at the Brentwood YMCA.
Please remember that we only accept ads in a digital format. What do we mean by that? We will no longer accept loose printed material such as business cards or old ads. Artwork will only be accepted in an electronic form (.jpg format if possible). If you have another format, please let me know immediately so that I can determine if it can be used. All artwork should be "high resolution" (300 dpi or higher is preferred).
