Please use the Field Request System link in the menu on the left.
- No games before 4:00 PM on Saturdays.
- For U8 - U12 there must be an 1 1/2 hours between games on the same field and U13 - U19 must have 2 hours between games on the same field.
- For any games on week days/nights must have Andrea Kenney's (mailto: registrar@brentwoodsoccerclub.com) approval.
- Field and Referees must be requested at least 1 week prior to game time.
- Teams canceling games (not due to inclement weather) after referee assignments have been made will be responsible for the referee assignor fees ($8.00 per game).
- You must call (not e-mail) Randy (cell: 931-980-9078) to cancel fields/referees at least 24 hours in advance. Teams cancelling more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged the referee fees. If you cancel within 24 hours of a game the team will be charged referee fees.
